THIS WEEK'S SCHEDULE:

1. Raincheck for Knitting & a movie
due to film festival scheduling i have to postponne knitting & a movie until next
week. the movie will be something light annd the wine will be red (?) ;-)

2. Gimme a Mad shout out, MMJ is in the house on Saturday!
Mary Margaret is in the house on saturday (sept 11) while I attend a yarn (yawn)
function. Anyone who's ever wanted to meet the superb ms. jones should definintely drop by
and shmooze, although with her charisma it will surely be vice-versa.

3. Classes tuesday and wednesday night - drop in help with whatever you
are working on or want to work on. $15, 6-7:30 pm.

the regular class schedule will resume as soom as life resettles itself and the kids are back in
school. bye bye summer! :-(

4. Keyhole Scarf Kit
the keyhole scarf have been a knitting staple for over half a century. this one is 100%
merino
wool (aka soft) and comes in variouos wild, vintage & elegant colour combos -
something for everyone. very simple, great for the new knitter. the keyhole scarf is great because it isn't very long, so it is quick to make, very chic to wear, and also comes in 100% silk for those allergic to wool (don't be daunted, silk is actually cheaper than merino)

5. Domestic Sphere Mitered & Felted Bag KNITALONG
I have started my bag finally and the result will be on view in the store and online in the
group. I was indecicive about my colours at first, but I've committed with a lovely
Noro Kureyon. Althoug, i was thinking last night that the Arucania would also make a
great & affordable sub because the colour changes in saturation, giving it a natural striping.
